Use Location / note for a room, short note, or web link. Links that start with https:// will become clickable on the site.
Use clear, bright photos when possible. If a phone image looks blurry, try uploading the original full-size photo.
Popup links should be entered one per line using this format: label | url.
Choose the position first, then update the name, tag text, profile wording, and photo for that role.
AGM minutes, Executive minutes, and financial statements are now managed in the Secretary panel.
Approve posts and comments before publishing. Flagged items should be reviewed quickly and hidden if they include names or private details.
Review pending posts and comments before they appear publicly. Approved items are saved live through AWS and shared with other devices.

Add short homepage updates. Active items appear near the top of the homepage and rotate every 30 seconds unless the visitor hovers or focuses the ticker.
